Annabelle Roldan is a senior at the W.A. Franke Honors College majoring in Biology with an emphasis in Biomedical Sciences and minoring in Health and Human Values. She is currently serving her second consecutive term as President of Tau Sigma and is also a member of the ASEMS program. Annabelle is deeply committed to creating an environment where transfer students can connect and thrive. She hopes Tau Sigma can be a place where students feel supported and guided through a journey that can feel isolating at times. In her free time, Annabelle is passionate about expanding access to healthcare and advocacy: she volunteers with Planned Parenthood Arizona, serves as Events Coordinator for the U of A’s Planned Parenthood Generation Action chapter, and co-chairs its Advocacy Committee. In addition, she works as a research assistant in the Trauma Surgery Department at Banner Hospital, gaining valuable clinical and research experience. After graduation, Annabelle plans to attend medical school and pursue a career in fertility medicine, where she hopes to combine her passion for science and patient-centered care.
