John "Jay" Ojeda

Hello, it is great to meet you! My story begins in Phoenix, Arizona where I was born and raised, then attended Glendale Community College and graduated with honors! I worked at Glendale Community College as a Junior Lead for the Peer Success Program which is based around peer mentoring. I am a First-Generation student and chose the University of Arizona because of the opportunities that the Eller College of Management as well as W.A. Franke Honors College offers for Wildcats. I have always enjoyed helping other students when it came to school and this position is no different as I continue my pleasure of helping students navigate the university atmosphere.  
 

Beyond the campus I enjoy playing video games (when I have the time), watching sports, going to the gym, and collecting sneakers. As well as spending time with loved ones such as my friends, girlfriend, and family as they are the reason for where I am today.
